Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from GLP Sciences (“glpsciences.com,” “we,” “us” or “our”), located in Spring Hill, Florida 34608. Our products are research materials. Once a vial has been opened, or its seal or tamper evidence has been broken, we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so opened or used products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please read this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Canceling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email info@glpsciences.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the rest of this policy applies.

2. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please inspect your package on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, leaks, is not the product you ordered, or is missing from the shipment, email info@glpsciences.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the catalog and lot numbers shown on the label, and clear photographs of the item, the label and the outer packaging. If we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or refund the affected item, at our choice. We may ask you to keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.

3. Returns of unopened product

We do not accept returns without prior written authorization. If you believe a return is warranted, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we authorize it, we will give you a return authorization number and instructions. Only sealed, unopened product in its original packaging, with the label and tamper evidence intact, will be accepted. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Items sent back without authorization will not be refunded.

4. Items we cannot accept back

• Opened, used, partially used or altered products.
• Products whose seal, label or tamper evidence is damaged, removed or missing.
• Products stored or handled outside the conditions stated on the label or certificate of analysis.
• Products returned after the authorized return window, or without an authorization number.
• Special or custom orders, where offered.

5. Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your receiving department, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and, once the carrier has confirmed the loss, will replace the order or refund it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or events outside our control.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment, or by the same offline method you used, such as a bank transfer, within 10 business days after we approve the refund. Shipping charges are refunded only if the problem was caused by our error. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at info@glpsciences.com so that we can resolve it quickly. We may provide order records, shipping confirmation and correspondence to a bank or payment provider in response to a dispute.
