Shipping and Payment Information

This policy applies to orders placed with GLP Sciences (“glpsciences.com,” “we,” “us” or “our”), which ships from Spring Hill, Florida 34608. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders unless we have agreed to it in writing. We may decline to ship to any destination or recipient at our discretion, including where we cannot confirm the organization or intended research use of the order.

2. Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been received and cleared. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing can take longer when we are waiting for payment, verification or additional information from you.

3. Carriers and delivery times

We ship with major U.S. carriers and choose the service that fits the order. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are estimates only, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control can extend delivery times.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout or on your invoice before you pay. Shipping charges are separate from product prices and any applicable taxes.

5. Payment

We send payment instructions with your order confirmation or invoice and state the payment methods we accept at that time. Please include your order number as the payment reference. Orders ship after payment has been received and cleared. You are responsible for any bank, wire or transfer charges you incur.

6. Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after shipment to show activity on the carrier’s website.

7. Receiving your package

Please make sure someone is available to receive and properly store the package. Inspect the package when it arrives, and keep the contents stored as directed on the product label and certificate of analysis. A carrier may require a signature at delivery. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because delivery was refused or unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

8. Address accuracy and changes

You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Contact us at info@glpsciences.com as soon as possible if you need to change an address. We can change it only if the order has not yet shipped.

9. Damaged, lost or delayed shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost or late, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

10. Import, export and local rules

You are responsible for making sure that you may lawfully receive and use the products you order under the laws, regulations and institutional policies that apply to you.
